| Seemann Composites Inc. (SCI) has developed a composite material system and manufacturing process for the LWWAA system of the Virginia Class Submarine. With the use of SCI's STVE5 (super toughened vinyl ester) resin, our material has been qualified for use on the submarine. As of January 2006, SCI has fabricated and delivered five ship-sets of array structures, which include 30 separate LWWAA assemblies. Each assembly is made up of three rubber-booted, high-tolerance, composite structures. In total, SCI has delivered over 90 major LWWAA components without a single reject. | ||||||
