| As a part of the DDG 51 Composite Helicopter Hangar Program, and under contract with Bath Iron Works, SCI fabricated, outfitted, and tested a large carbon fiber epoxy/balsa cored hangar door. Although never installed on a ship, the door system performed satisfactorily throughout months of testing. | |||||||||
